When using your Credit Card please make sure of the following:

The credit card is active, and has enough credit available.

Be sure to know your billing address (the address where you receive your bill).
Please be sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct.

If the name and address you enter does not match does not match the name and address that the credit card company has for the credit card account, the order will be canceled.

Also, any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped. Please make sure you enter a valid email address.

WE CHECK EXTENSIVELY FOR LOST, STOLEN OR FRAUDULENTLY USED CREDIT CARDS.

Domestic Orders
We ship all orders (US States/PO Box Addresses) to either your home or place of business in discreet packaging utilizing USPS Priority Mail at $4.95 per shipment. Orders being sent USPS Priority should arrive in approximately 3-7 business days.
 
International Orders
Global Mail Priority shipping service is available For Orders Shipping To ALL International Countries. Your order will be sent via Global Mail Priority at $17.95 per shipment. Orders being sent Global Mail should arrive in approximately 14-21 days. In some cases, customs may delay delivery in certain countries and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered.

**IMPORTANT! International shipments (includes Canada) are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges. Custom procedures may delay shipments.

Global Mail Priority shipping service is available For Orders Shipping To Canada. Your order will be sent via Global Mail Priority at $12.95 per shipment. Orders being sent Global Mail should arrive within approximately 14-21 days.

Global Mail Priority does not offer package tracking information with their shipments.

Refund  & Return Policy
If you would like to return a product, you must email within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions.

All unopened product can be returned for a refund. A re-stocking fee of 25% will be applied. Product must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Product must be shipped back to UriceLax's office at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for refund to be processed once we have received your return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

No product returns can be accepted after 30 days.
Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs are not subject for refund.

Damages:
If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must email within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Do not discard any portion of the shipment. the shipping company or Lourdes Nutraceutcals may need the damaged product or packaging material. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
